The Ladies Open Championship made its debut in 2007 and continues to be played at the 6,000 yard Château Cartier resort, as teams of two battle it out for the coveted City Championship title.

The Ladies Open Championship is open to all players who meet the tournament qualifying criteria. Competitors do not require an official handicap and professional golfers are welcome (max. one per team).
Cut-lines and prizing
The top four teams after round one make the cut and go on to compete for the title on Championship Sunday at Eagle Creek Golf Club.
All teams that make the cut receive a complimentary Executive Golf Membership for the next season.
In addition to the title, trophy and sponsor prizes, the champions also win a complimentary Open Championship entry for the next Ottawa Sun Scramble City Championship.
Those who miss the cut receive a free round of golf, courtesy of Executive Golf.
