|

Open B Championship competitors cannot...
- have won the Open B Championship in the last two years
- have made the cut in past Ottawa Sun Scramble Open or Senior Open Championships
- have played in any A-Class RCGA sanctioned event in 2007/2008
- have been a member of any 2007/2008 division A to J OVGA Intersectional team
