The Tournament Social

The 2008 tournament social was held at the Château Cartier Resort for an exciting evening to kick off the 2008 Championships with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, a $5,000 65-putt contest and presentations from Ottawa Sun publisher Rick Gibbons, and LPGA touring pros Becky Morgan and Dianna D'Alessio. There was no cost to attend but capacity was limited to the first 200 people to RSVP.

Note, CN Canadian Women's Open Champion, Katherine Hull - and Katie Futcher - conduscted the Tournament Skills Clinic earlier in the day at the Kevin Haime Golf School. More info on the LPGA Skills Clinic here.
