The Senior Open Championship is one of the tournament's original events. It moved to Talon at Greyhawk for round one in 2009 and again returns to Talon for 2010. The top eight teams after round one make the cut and go on to compete for the André Lacasse Cup on Championship Sunday.

Play to make the cut, then go for the title...

The Senior Open Championship is open to all players who meet the tournament qualifying criteria. Competitors do not require an official handicap and professional golfers are welcome (max. one per team).

Play to make the cut, then go for the title... and get a cool pair of Wigwam Socks!

The top eight teams after round one make the cut and go on to compete for the title on Championship Sunday at Eagle Creek Golf Club.

All teams that make the cut receive a complimentary Executive Golf Membership for the next season.

In addition to the title, trophy and sponsor prizes, the champions also win a complimentary Senior Open entry for the next Ottawa Sun Scramble City Championship.

Those who miss the cut receive a free round of golf, courtesy of Executive Golf.
